To enter, please comment with your answer to the following question:
What will kill a book for you?
For me, it's believability. If an author can't keep names straight, or they mess up a timeline, I'm ALL DONE. If there's no conflict within the first three pages to keep me engaged, I'm ALL DONE.

Be sure to stop by the other participating authors and bloggers for chances to win more goodies!
Thanks for stopping by, & best of luck!
Bad grammar and not keeping facts straight like you said. Thanks for the chance. phager73@gmail.com

ReplyDeleteWay too much description. Or a crappy ending. If everyone dies, that's not good. (And I have read a book like that.)
ReplyDeleteIf there is an established couple in a book one of them cheating on the other will make me put a book down real quick.
ReplyDeleteBad grammar and spelling, plus head-hopping within chapters.
ReplyDeleteNo establishment of a story line within a couple chapters and if its too easy to figure out a mystery.
ReplyDeleteIf I don't get pulled in when reading books or if it ends bad...not keeping the facts straight.
