I'm thrilled to have one of my favorite authors here today in celebration of her newest Holloway Pack release!! Although Ms. Belfield didn't plan on doing many guest posts for her Unnatural blog tour, I begged for a letter from her to Brook, the female lead in this awesome story, and she agreed.
Go me!
Anyhoo. Be sure to check out all the goodies up for grabs during her tour.

Dear Brook,
We first met in my mind. I, as creator. You, as a mere inkling of an idea. To begin, I didn’t know who you were. Heck, I didn’t even know what you were. I just knew you were a trapped force of beauty and elegance—one who just happened to be in a cage opposite Ethan Holloway.
If one presumed from those words that I also, then, had no idea of the romance that would occur between yourself and Kyle, they would presume right. However, the more time I spent with you, the more I fully understood your personality, and the more I understood the role you could potentially play.
So, I began the gentle nudging of you toward Kyle.
Looking at it from the Kyle point of view, I knew that it would take something—or someone—completely unique to just a regular female to keep him riveted for more than his usual one night stands. I knew she would have to be nothing at all like any of the other females he’d entertained himself with.
You? Yeah, you were perfect for that. You were about as black to his white as he could possibly find. And so, the stirrings of the romance were born.
It couldn’t be easy, though. Although, one could argue that the opposition you both would face from your families might be struggle enough. I disagree. In order to fully display one’s strengths, we must first be willing to dig through their weaknesses. In order for a character to discover the true depths of their strengths, they must first be sent to their own pits of hell. I sent you there. And I should probably apologise. But I won’t.
Because if I didn’t put you—just as I do any other character—through the s**t I put you through? Well … you wouldn’t be you. And what would be the point of that?
Yours sincerely
J.A. Belfield

Unnatural
Series: Holloway Pack #4
Author: J.A. Belfield
Release Date: April 7th 2014
Unnatural. One word to sum up werewolf Kyle Larsen—his mood swings, abnormal body, and choice of female.
The first two, he blames on the vampire venom.
The third, though? No, feline shifter Brook Nicholls was all his doing—a female of whom the pack will never approve.
As part of the Coalition, an organisation with even stricter rules than the pack and a rigidly warped sense of responsibility, Brook comes with a whole lot of opposition of her own.
No wonder the two of them keep their relationship secret for as long as they can.
Now, distanced from his family by his own indiscretions, Kyle’s left to fight battles he’s unsure how to win—some of them even against his own pack.
Is one woman really so important that he’s willing to defy his Alpha for her?
If his heart has any say in the matter, the answer will be yes.
